Slow Carb + P90X = …..
I’m thinking that I should start a modified Slow Carb to go along with my modified P90X. I completed a round of P90X about a year ago and was very pleased with the results. I don’t have the time to devote to the full workout each day, so this time I’ve modified it to 30 min workouts each day.
I didn’t change my diet at first, but I’m thinking of a Slow Carb style as described by Tim Ferriss.
Any Thoughts?
